Before Dmitriy has started to teach Pilates, he was engaged in professional dancing that enabled him to firmly grasp a wide range of key concepts and components of body movement, customer contact and client interaction. After completing a course with numerous of certifications at Taube Pilates in May 2011, Dmitriy was then able to incorporate these skills into teaching Pilates and core strength related exercises...



Dmitriy’s classes have significantly increased my overall endurance, strength and muscle tone whilst his dynamic approach to exercises have kept me highly engaged and successfully performing movements I never thought I could. An incredible boost to my body confidence and mental wellbeing!
I started taking Pilates classes with Dmitriy and began to get stronger, more flexible and experience less pain in my body. I stuck with it because the classes were fun and I was enjoying the changes I could see and feel. I didn’t realise that ‘pain free’ was a state that would ever be possible for me or that I had the power to change the shape of my body.
