Each class runs for 45 minutes to an hour and includes a series of stretches and postures, breathing techniques and meditation/relaxation. The level of the class is determined by the group and their abilities. You can choose for a restorative class or a dynamic class to build strength and flexibility or a mixture of both. It can be organised at your requested time of day, you only need a meeting or conference room with open space for each person and their mat.
