Yoga and Pilates at work

We teach corporate group Yoga and Pilates classes in Melbourne and inner-city suburbs.

Classes are taught by experienced teachers familiar with working in a corporate environment. Each class runs for an hour and includes a series of stretches, postures and meditation/relaxation. The level of the class is determined by the group and their abilities. You can choose for a restorative class or a dynamic class to build strength and flexibility or a mixture of both. It can be organised at your requested time of day, you only need a meeting or conference room with open space for each person and their mat.

We loan mats and props when required as a part of our service. The mats are stored at the clients’ premises.
