Ksenia Stepanova

Ksenia is certified vinyasa yoga teacher and founder of Streamline Body.

A former Russian alpine skiing champion and instructor, Ksenia’s yogic journey began in 2007. Her first yoga class changed her forever as it not only improved her health but also taught her how to live life, find inner peace, be happy and content with oneself. She is enthusiastic about experiencing new techniques and practices and has participated in several yoga workshops, intensives and Vipassana meditation courses in India.

After moving to Australia in 2012 Ksenia was introduced to vinyasa yoga, specifically SomaChi, that has been her passion since then. On completion of her Yoga Alliance certified teacher training at SomaChi yoga under Lianne Metcalf, Ksenia was selected to undertake the studio traineeship.

Ksenia teaches group classes, private sessions, corporate classes and running retreats.

In her yoga teaching Ksenia combines the eastern yogic wisdom with the western anatomical knowledge to explain how students can activate their body’s own healing mechanisms.

I believe my classes are strong, dynamic and creative, with a focus on cultivating my students’ awareness and allowing them to experience the inner freedom, both on a physical and mental level so that they can live a happier and healthier life.
